As part of our commitment to giving back to the neighbourhoods where we live and work, VTLA will consult on design upgrades for the Baxter Arts Centre in Bloomfield, in liaison with the board of directors. Our work focuses on the south entrance to consider inclusive design, visitor experience, and enhancing natural habitat. Building on the efforts of previous and present volunteers, staff members, and board members, VTLA is thrilled to include the Bloomfield community in the design consultation process and is looking forward to this exciting partnership. Planting design will be in consultation with Ben O’Brien, of Wild by Design.
